Frequently Asked Questions
What is the turnaround time for an inspection report?
We understand that time is often critical when purchasing a vehicle. Once the physical inspection is complete, we aim to deliver your comprehensive digital report within 24 hours. For urgent requests, please mention this in your message above.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
No, you do not need to be on-site. In fact, most of our clients are remote buyers. We act as your eyes and ears, providing a detailed report with high-resolution photos and notes on any defects found.
Does the inspection cover moisture and leaks?
Absolutely. Moisture ingress is the single biggest risk in buying a used motorhome or caravan in New Zealand. Our pre-purchase inspections include rigorous moisture testing using specialized meters to detect hidden leaks that are not visible to the naked eye.
Can you inspect vehicles at a dealership?
Yes, we regularly visit private sellers and dealerships across the region. We are fully independent, meaning we work exclusively for you, the buyer, not the dealer.
