4. Electrical Systems:
  • Our inspection includes load testing house batteries if fully charged. General visual check of wiring/charging/solar systems.
5. Plumbing & Water Systems:
  • We inspect plumbing systems, ensuring there are no leaks, and assess the condition of tanks, pipes, and fixtures.
6. Living Spaces:
  • We assess the living areas for signs of wear and tear, including any damaged upholstery, walls, or fixtures.

Exterior Inspection:

1. Roof & Seals:

2. Siding & Windows:

  • We inspect the exterior walls and windows, checking for cracks, dents, or any signs of water intrusion.

3. Undercarriage & Chassis:

  • We assess the undercarriage and chassis for any rust, damage, or potential issues.

4. Awnings & Exterior Features:

  • We inspect awnings and other exterior features, ensuring they operate smoothly and are in good condition.

5. Living Spaces:

  • We assess the living areas for signs of wear and tear, including any damaged upholstery, walls, or fixtures.
